Account and data deletion information for Paki Naman!, a PAESmart product.

Request account and data deletion

  1. Email support@paesmart.com, preferably from your account’s registered email.
  2. Use the subject “Paki Naman! account deletion request”. Include your Paki Naman! username and request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
  3. Send the message and follow support’s ownership-verification instructions. Never share passwords or one-time sign-in codes.
Email deletion request

This opens your email app. Complete and send the message yourself. Opening the link does not submit a request or delete an account. If you use webmail, copy the address and subject into your email service.

One app: Paki Naman!

No app selection is needed. This request concerns Paki Naman! only. Tell support if you have a linked PAESmart wallet so the relationship can be reviewed before deletion.

Data removed and retained

Request deletion of both your account and associated personal information. The release must specify exactly what is removed and any effect on linked PAESmart services.

PAESmart’s platform policy describes retention for service, legal, dispute, and business-record purposes. App-specific retained categories, reasons, retention periods, and the processing timeframe are not yet confirmed.

In-app deletion

If the mobile app supports account creation, it must also provide an accessible in-app deletion request path. This web page does not implement that mobile-app feature.
